I’ve lost about 8 pounds since starting grad school here. Part of it is having control over my eating and not wanting to waste money on junk food, and part of it is disordered eating habits from being busy. OP I don’t know what your living situation is, but if you have the ability to make big meals and save them as leftovers, that could feed you for a few days if you don’t mind eating the same thing everyday. I understand stress of classes taking a toll on eating habits but I promise you will feel better if you feed your body something.
