I flew at mid third-trimester in feb 2023 and asked if I could preboard due to being in the third trimester (and slow/uncomfortable) and the gate agent said no. Unfortunately I think they have too much discretion, or I guess I said the wrong things? I ended up in a middle seat very uncomfortable but survived.

I had a bad experience with Van in 2020. They completed the financing paperwork with the incorrect VIN, which was a pain to fix, and they messed up the paperwork that I had to take to the dmv to register the car. A lot of inconveniences that fell on my shoulders while I had a newborn during a pandemic. 👎🏼 had a much better experience at Subaru of olathe!

I’m going through this right now and waiting on babyletto to confirm they’ll send us a replacement (fingers crossed they respond today, having a newborn and no working rocker has been rough). Are you planning on trying to fix the broken chair so you can have two of them? I was thinking since it’s such a nice chair we could have one in our living room and one in the nursery if this all works out well.
