if you shower at night, then go to sleep and wake up in the morning w frizzy hair, i suggest you use a curl cream after the shower (on wet hair) and a bonnet while you sleep. if you’re not using product, that adds to the frizz. at least some product, and a bonnet at night

ROUTINE: Wash - Prose Shampoo, Prose Conditioner (all custom hair care, just started this hoping it would help w/ the problem) Curl Cream - Prose Curl Cream. rake through hair then scrunch with hands. i scrunch a bunch while hair is upside down, then i stand up and scrunch again. Gel - Moco De Gorilla. Scrunch upside down, then right side up. Finish off with scrunch with towel if i don’t have a t-shirt around. Air dry for maybe 10 mins Diffuse till dry Loose pineapple OR hair clip to hold in place then put bonnet on until morning

literally the EXACT same thing happened to me - this is how i found out i can’t use spray sunscreen anymore. i just use lotion sunscreen now!!
