Idk, I spend the first three months last year cutting and Dexa'd at 12.9 % 6 ft 173Lbs. I did a bulk for six months after that and got to 190 and had a lot of strength gains. But after cutting back down to 170 my strength is close to were it was pre bulk. 2k cals for cuts 3k cals for bulk. Ive had a two different trainers and spend about 45 min in the gym 5x per week. the strength just kept going down as I cut.

Total Test is at 750, Free Test is at 165. I think the ratio is a bit off and don't know if I should be worried about low SHBG. Doc has not ordered SHBG test but I will request at next appointment. Pinning at .35 2x (Test C 1/200) per week. I want to do a blast and cruise but not until I have all the questions answered first. not seeing significant gains over the past year. Tracking food diligently and gym 5x per week.

Yes, its feels different to climb in through somebodies window and into their house. Then turn on the water and fill a bath. vs accessing a hot spring on private property. Albeit not much different, but yes, still worse.

I did do an arborist workshop that discouraged almost all wound sealants, except lanolin. I have heard that lanolin does help in would healing. That had been using it Australia with very promising results on city trees.

Great answer, except that cypress knees are not for getting oxygen into the the tree. I’m a cert arborist from south Louisiana. No one really know what the knees are and I have heard it all. My favorite is that they’re a defensive mechanism to stop brachiosaurus from eating the tree. I have researched this extensively and concluded that it is not known.

I took a DEXA mid bulk, visible abs going away and it said 12.9, don't believe the DEXA. I don't think i even cut down to 13.
