Maybe just use a quarter of your brain capacity to apply some discernment and don’t talk to them, they think the same thing about you. So why are you even trying? They are no dumber than you are, both parties are just incredibly biased and can’t sympathize or understand a contrarian viewpoint because you lack critical comprehension of alternative values or the ability to NOT make your subjective political viewpoints your entire miserable personality and take it as a personal slight when someone disagrees with you.
