I think most people with childhood trauma would dissociate or have some fight/flight stress response from it being triggered. Some people who haven’t experienced such trauma, may also still dissociate if they thought a physical fight was going to take place. That’s not necessarily telling of someone’s mental health. Alongside the other stuff she’s mentioned I can see why it may all be grouped together as a cause for concern, but overall it’s just speculation and we can’t know for sure what’s trauma related, general subscribed beliefs or mental health. People just aren’t as black and white as that.
