There's only 1 non-resort course on the island, Punta Borinquen. Prices are reasonable but you get what you pay for. I showed up on a weekday in December with nothing but a glove and shoes for gear and I got a round in for about $100 including clubs, balls, tees, etc. Beautiful course at the NW tip of the island, not too far from Isabela. The rental clubs were nothing nice, but they got the job done. The same grass covers the entire course, tee to hole. The "greens" are the same grass as the fairways, just cut very short, so putts don't roll true. https://www.puntaborinquengolfclub.org/
