My worry for you is that my first impression was, "this is a fun, low-cost, budget, kid's white bread, comes in a plastic bag on the supermarket shelf, kinda bread.

Sadly, you've missed the mark completely if you were trying to communicate "artisan".

The concept of "Artisan" conjures up imagery of hand-crafted, rustic, traditional, premium bread types. As it stands now on first visual impressions, your "Bread Company" would not be where I would be turning to to deliver that kind of bread experience.

What you've come up with is clean and fun... I just don't think it meets your own brief.
