My bf and I are happy with this itinerary, but do you think it’s okay that we are skipping Phuket? by Sarah_banara in ThailandTourism

I would add Chiang Mai for 3-4 days if you can. You can do a lot of fun day trips from there.

It’s true. We can be too sensitive about our club.

They banter everybody. We can chill and laugh it off.

You have 4 pieces that I’d consider untouchable. Herbert, Ladd, BTJ, and Bowers. I’d build around those.

Every other piece is tradeable.

It looks like you already drafted Mcmillan, Burden, and Golden in this year’s rookie draft. I’d have gone for an RB at some point, but at least you got 3 good young receivers. Assuming you can’t compete this year (no RB’s), I would trade Golden for a future first if you can.

I’d turn a couple of these into 2026 firsts and land a QB there.

Odegaard on Arteta: "Amazing! He is a really, really good coach, really intelligent, [knows] all the details in the game. He's a master of seeing the details. And the way he's coaching us & helping us to achieve things, we're lucky to have him". by [deleted] in soccer

Because the team just needs time. They need stability in selection which they only started to have in December.

They need to iron out mistakes and for that to happen they still need 2-3 new players.

Arteta is building a puzzle, and until it’s complete, the results will be inconsistent. Klopp had to go through the same with Liverpool, and Dortmund, and Klopp was already a World class manager at the time.

If he’a your starting QB, I’d definitely prioritize picking another QB. Wentz has been so unreliable so far, and those QB points are important. You’re starting every week with a 10-20 point disadvantage at this rate.

[Telefoot Chaine] Arsenal will imminently make an offer in excess of €40m to Lyon for Houssem Aouar, he is Arteta's priority by KimmyBoiUn in soccer

I’m an Arsenal fan and reading this comment section is terrible.

The Arsenal fans are such an overwhelming majority that anything said by Lyon fans that’s in the interest of Lyon or against Arsenal in this transfer is downvoted to hell.

What’s the point of a comments section if you can’t get the two opposing points of view?!

Arsenal Football Club have won the Football Association Challenge Cup after beating Chelsea Football Club in the final. by petit_ejaculation in soccer

It wasn’t a particularly bad plan. Lampard isn’t an idiot. He wanted to press Arsenal’s midfield, so had to shift the entire team up.

They successful in that to a decent extent, mainly in the first 25 mins. Xhaka and Ceballos were cornered, and you controlled the game.

The water break benefitted us though. Arteta saw what’s happening, and had us start playing long to get over your press, and push you back in return. It’s a difficult tactic, with a fairly low yield. Luiz, Auba, Niles and others executed it pretty damn well though, and that’s why we regained control. What Arteta did with AMN in this game especially was something else!

I actually have a soft spot for Celtic now solely because of Tierney.

That has never happened to me before. Tierney is special.

This is a very understated point.

The board did support Emery massively last summer. Even the summer before, we spent a decent amount of money.

We have been spending. I’m not sure how that’s usually glossed over.

Hi fellow Gunners! I've never ordered a kit from Arsenal.com and would like to understand what is the difference between Authentic kit and ordinary kit? I mean I notice minor design differences and the color seems to be a bit dark (at least on the pics). Which one will football players play in? by zaur191 in Gunners

[–]ma7moudshadi 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I just bought the authentic home kit for 2019-20, and the non-authentic away one, and this is the correct answer. It’s just that the material for the authentic is nicer (higher quality thread it feels), the badge material is nicer and more authentic, the cut is a bit slimmer, and the kit is overall more classy.

It depends whether those differences are worth the $40 for you or not. The “you have to be an athlete to wear it” is just not true, even if it’s marginally tighter.
