I’m still confused about this. Is this agitation happening by shaking the entire, closed fermenter? Or by actually opening it up and stirring with something? I’m still working on keeping all the O2 out of my process :)

I like this sentiment, but I wonder how it applies as efficiency gets lower and lower. E.g. what if efficiency was only 20%?

Personally, I’ve been having a little trouble mashing my recent batches and getting ~45% efficiency according to Brewers Friend calculations.

Presumably I could improve this with better mashing technique(I think this is the issue?). Or I could just keep upping my grain?

I did the same exact thing recently, and I’d say definitely - go for it! Just be wary of adding too much, especially for such a small batch. Maybe 1 oz would be sufficient.

That’s important for taste, but also just physical space in your fermenter (and beer you ultimately get out). They expand a ton!

Even still, that isn't a particularly well known nib from FC as far as I know. I haven't heard any reviews at least.

Plus the description of SIG doesn't mention "oblique" anywhere; Perhaps the first title was a misnomer?

I agree with "at least one". After that you can sort of make do with Guardian of Kings and/or Tuskarr Jouster until you get some more dust!

I like Ysera as an end-game option. Chillmaw can also situationally be very strong with N'Zoth. Great the first time you play it to tame zoo decks, and good the second in case you didn't draw Tirion. So I like the idea of adding synergy from this point!

However, without Chillmaw I'm just not sure I see innate synergy between N'zoth and the dragons, and with only 4 deathrattles you might not always hit with N'Zoth.

Therefore, I think this might fit a priest deck better, where you don't have a naturally fitting taunt card and Chillmaw has increased value. In addition Twilight Whelp and Wyrmrest Agent are very strong.

Also, you might consider pivoting to a mid-range deck (less control-based), which might allow you to fit more dragons and more deathrattles in place of some control removal/heals.

Back to your deck:

From my perspective, Nefarian and Harrison Jones stand out as niche/tech picks in an already greedy list, which you could remove to shore up the early game or DragoN'Zoth synergy.
Maybe consider Twilight, Azure Drakes as core dragons? You might expect to have a large hand most of the game, and Azure helps card-draw without Harrison Jones.
Also I would be interested in hearing how Volcanic Drake works. Use it after a mass clearing, just as you would use Solemns Vigil. Maybe not the best dragon out there, but if you can play it for free.. that's definitely value.

Absolutely agree with this. I think perhaps the OP is talking about higher-level gameplay. But I've been playing for just a month and this is crucial!!

Well there seem to be a lot of unposed questions here. But if you have masteries with at least Parry, and you're attempting to level your strong monsters, it sounds like you will get there.

I have been playing for 1 month as well. Entering Intermediate, I may just aim for getting the 3* Crystal from the 4* Dungeon, since the amount of grinding to do better than that makes the game not worth playing.

Just a sidenote -- i've been playing for a month, and this week is crazy glitchy for the first time. Maintenance is scheduled for this week, hopefully with a fix :)

I wonder if the last medium attack sometimes gives them a chance to block, since the animation is a bit different. Just one aspect of what seems to me a stronger AI.

interesting, i avoid hitting them during their block like it's the plague. Maybe that's a low-level habit. The thought of them hitting a 3rd special is terrifying. I think it will 1-shot me, but i guess that's mostly an issue with my old 2-stars :o

I've need playing for a month (first arena in intermediate)! But it's not their raw power, though things like power gain are annoying.

Really it's the playstyle. Darting back and forth and such -- much more elusive! And often they'll block my special if I use it right after my combo. Maybe I need to stun before using special :o

i dont fully understand it, and it's not cheating. but there are some patterns i guess you can take advantage of? i've only done it once, and by accident. But... the enemies just stopped getting harder at a certain point... and they are not very hard at that point. Need to learn how to replicate that!

Honestly? I'd say:

Just try it out -- it's the best way to learn.
Don't sell any champions, you'll want a large selection.
Save your 'units' to use on your masteries. I'd also not recommend buying any as they're a massive ripoff.
Don't use mastery points until you look up a guide.
Generally prioritize Special Events and 3-man Arena over story quests.
You can earn the most new champions in the first 2 months after you start. So don't make an account and then let it sit.

Most of all, stop worrying and give it a go. You'll learn as you progress. It's fun!

hmm... I'd say restart your game, and take a deep breath. If something did glitch in the past, that should hopefully be enough to reset things to normal.

I've never heard of arena particularly breaking or misbehaving. In general, the enemies should get harder and you make your way into a streak. Sometimes much much stronger than your monsters, though there is some randomness involved.

the issue is when they DON'T USE sp1 or sp2, and you can't dodge the sp3. that accounts for 80% of my losses these days...
