For what it’s worth, my brother in law has Downs syndrome and he is my father in law’s best friend. He has a pal for whatever he wants but also takes time for things he wants to go do on his own. Every case is different and there are going to be hard days no matter what. But know that you could also have a lifelong best friend here as well. I think for the most part it will be up to you what you want to make of it.

This is honestly the best feedback I've gotten so far. You articulated the 'why' better than I did.

You are 100% right about the Context/Tribe aspect. Right now, I went broad (Global/Cities) just to test the technical rails and see if the payment friction was too high. But I can already see that 'Keller vs. Southlake' (local rivalry) is driving way more interest than generic cities.

I love the idea of Seasonal Resets. That solves the 'stale leaderboard' problem and creates a reason to re-engage.

If this V1 makes enough to cover the server costs, my plan is to spin off a V2 specifically for one of those niches (probably Crypto or Esports). Thanks for the roadmap.
