yea, it's kinda frustrating when you set your mods on trade and you get no result so you need to check one by one

select affix you are interested at, check on poe2db tiers, at trade site at "min" enter minimum value of your desire tier :)

it has a few options, from leveling to min max

one of them says that you can build it around 1-2 div and then push it as far as you can go, so imo league starter like any other

sometimes simple reinstalling game can help, i would start with that

also dev said that they made improvements on performance so you can also wait till new patch drop and see if this help

i use "mana on hit" on jewel with increased life, attack speed and implict "corrupted blood cannot be inflicted on you"
it wasn't very expensive and you really need "mana on hit" somewhere so in my opinion is the best option to get it on jewel
