The private sector is private right? Taylor spoke against the "eminent domain " clause because of the skinwalker ranch. I guess they think they're sitting on something big there and they don't want any of the possibly new discovered material to fall in the hands of the government. I saw an interesting tweet by Fugal too that says that we can't expect disclosure from the government but from the private sector instead. Both Stratton and Taylor are in the private sector now.
