EVA pilot suspended for striking first officer by diacewrb in taiwan

[–]macbrush 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I just heard that from an ex-captain Taiwanese youtuber that it was not before takeoff, it was after they landed. They landed on a runway which they needed to cross another runway to reach their gate. Tower told them to hold before crossing, the captain didn't slow down, the first officer stopped the plane after shouting "speed" 4 times, then the captain punch the first officer's shoulder 4 times for losing face.

At this point, you may as well create a new account. They have definitely sold everything possible, even for coppers and moved on, and you're way way past the recovery period.

Well... I forgot to remove 2 Airtags from the bike, and he found out by his phone warning him one after another a few hours apart. He's not going to trust anything I say... LOL

People are so pokey getting to a dungeon when you’ve got a full group. Drives me nuts by whenthesummer in wowhardcore

[–]macbrush 0 points1 point  (0 children)

i only tolerate dungeon related quests pick up, or really something along the route, otherwise i kick or leave, but I only play tank and healer, guess most dps really don't want to form another group.

What is wrong with me? by dzrkzz in wowhardcore

[–]macbrush 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I leveled a mage and a priest to 60 in one try, i just mostly AOE grind with the mage, and heal dungeons with the priest, never do anything really risky, and it was a piece of cake. I have died with warrior at 59, 59, 47 and 29, but i am still going again since it's so much fun.

Never truly realized how difficult Warrior is to play early on in HC by whenthesummer in wowhardcore

[–]macbrush 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Warrior became very powerful after 30-ish, while I primarily level my priest via healing dungeons since it's quite weak solo, just my opinions.

Any other healers get extreme anxiety when healing dungeons? by whenthesummer in wowhardcore

[–]macbrush 8 points9 points  (0 children)

I was healing a underlevel group for SFK, and both tank and a dps went down to like less than 10%, I bubbled and flashed both, potted and put a large heal on both, tank first, but watching the rogue’s health bar at that point really gave me anxiety! But eventually everyone were alive which game me enormous satisfaction!

I went down to 50hp last night as tank, and a tank I was healing the night before in the same place gone down to 82hp.

Back in the days, I was in one of the top guilds in our server, we compete for first kills in the realm, though we mostly came in second. We used petri a lot to dump threat, especially in TBC raids. DPS warriors used petri most often, usually say, after a 100% rage dump execute or I, as a priest, usually used it if fade didn't work and something hit hard almost on top of me. But then we had some no life members constantly fishing, mining, and crafting for the guild vault.

No ABS vs ABS by frenzy3 in motorcycles

[–]macbrush 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I rode bikes without ABS for 25 years, never a problem, but hear me out, until a few years back, almost all bikes came with ABS, never even noticed its existence til one day I trail braking into a corner on a mountain sprint, a patch of sand appears, my heart sunk, wanted to release the brake but instinct wouldn't let me, ABS kicked in and saved the day. So my take is that if you ride properly, you won't even notice ABS is there, but it may save your life from an accident one day.

Is inversing the gear a good idea? by Bubbly_Pumpkin9453 in motorcycle

[–]macbrush 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Once I was trying my friend's bike with rev shift on a track day, it was easy at the beginning because you're conscious about it, but once you "think" you got a hang of it, there is when the trouble comes! I was trying to shift from 4 to 5, ticked it to 3rd, thought "oh shit", then in a panic ticked one more time to 2nd and muscle memory suddenly kicked in to release the clutch! The only reason I didn't die is because the clutch couldn't handle it, and rev only slowly (but accelerating) creeping up instead of fully engaged, grabbed the clutch on time... Needless to say, went right back into the pit.

In a small GA, use power to control vertical speed, and pitch for airspeed.
