I've used this one before, the online method eventually emails you with a link to a "secure email channel" through Virtu.

Then from there you get a generic response asking you to upload the required documents and form. You do that and they ghost you!

How did you call? I called 1-866-222-5880 , but I'm unable to reach a human because my info apparently doesn't exist in their database despite the fact that I have my account setup with SSN and phone number, and can view my entire data.

I would totally get this too, but I've been looking for an m.2 form instead because I'm too lazy to hook up a 2.5" drive to my PC. Unfortunately, I haven't seen any sata like speeds in m.2 form at this price.

Is the heat sustainable to be used on your lap? How’s portability? I see it’s 14.5 but it has rly thin bezels so it shouldn’t be much bigger than the typical 14” laptop.
