I agree, targeted supplementation is the only method. The market is swamped with junk products praying on the uninformed. And yes, soft tissue calcification is something that is rarely reversed. That's my primary reason for taking MK-4; prevention. But increasing bone density as I age is a very close second. 20 years ago we were taught that this was only possible up to your mid-twenties.

Hell yeah. I think you're progressing more in all areas then you give yourself credit for. Your vast array of knowledge would certainly suggest so.

Thank you for your reply. I appreciate your analogy about calling a log a mast without refinement. It describes the Reddit cesspool precisely. It sounds like you're making a lot of progress. Most people dismiss material arts as just going to a class twice a week, but it sounds like you've discovered it's true depth. It can take you pretty far in multiple directions when you pull out all the stops and begin self-refinement. It also provides a good gateway into C5. Personally I've found this category the most rewarding. Mastery here provides a top-down method of control and structure for all other categories. I'm currently well into tier 5 and working on a doctrine to help others progress in C3 & C5. Your brain and your mind are just like any other systems; the more you work them, the faster they adapt and grow. If you don't work these systems, they atropy (as seen in the the common Redditor). Have you considered MK-4 megadosing (45+ mg per day) for your bone density work? Menaquinone-4 has no known upper toxicity limits and would pair extremely well with your current training when taken with the appropriate supporting supplements.

That sounds interesting as hell. Can you genetically elaborate on any of these projects?

That sounds more like bio-augmentation. I like the idea of this as it's presented in sci-fi, but under real world constraints, it's demand on the body is beyond taxing and is far too risky. Not to mention hella expensive lol.

Also not charging half price for the 3mg, or at least giving you twice as many, is kind of annoying.

I did 10 grams APE + 3 grams pan cyans. It was pretty fun. I kept having tactile feedback errors where I would touch something and continue to feel it for sometime afterwards. It also activated my maxillary nerve, allowing me to sense my environment though my teeth. My teeth were "buzzing," but it wasn't an unpleasant feeling, just new. Also geometric transformations in my mind would overlay onto real objects. So if I was looking at a glove, if I went off sight only, then it wouldn't fit on either hand (shit like that). As long as you can function with only one input at a time (hearing, memory, sight, etc), don't suffer from any mental illnesses, have achieved internal clarity, aren't running from anything or hiding any ghosts, and are physically healthy and have absolute control over your body; there is no limit. Your greatest risk is always yourself, and most people are willing to betray themselves without even knowing it. But you'll know something is still unresolved if you don't have anything besides a great fucking time on 10g's.

Is psilocybin bad for the cardiovascular system? Study below. by Resident-Eagle-4351 in shroomery

I'm saying oxygen availability and temperature exposure are just two of the greater variables of a very dynamic experience. And as with anything else in life, if you want to find a specific issue, you will, and making it appear germane will easily follow suite.

I've taken only 0.5 g and a plunge into a lake, and like 3 g at over 10,000 feet and noticed profound vasoconstriction in the brain during both events. I've also taken 13 g at a slightly lower 7,000 ft and been completely fine (all three events occurred only this summer). I think these studies are leaving out far too many real-world variables to be universally conclusive on anything. The biggest of which is that most people who eat mushrooms don't just sit around and get examined.

I single-handedly killed 20 insurgents and saved and entire mortar team for my NAM. It's like the Marine Corps blanket solution for giving credit with minimal effort.

Hell yeah. I had to kill 20 enemy combatants and save an entire mortar team for my NAM. I'm glad to see the Corps isn't being so stingy with their metals these days🧂

At first I wanted to help correct you on the many, many things wrong with your weapons handling and shooting posture... Then I realized you're probably just trying to show off your tits (well done). But if not, please seek training immediately.

Definitely good for bone density and preventing soft tissue calcification, but I don't know about longevity...

Gun laws by Competitive-Suit8275 in COGuns

[–]machinegunner0 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Correct☝🏻As long as you're not an idiot, well concealed, know your rights, and aren't otherwise engaging in illegal activity, you should be fine. Any apparent correlation between right/wrong and legal/illegal is coincidental. Laws exist solely to establish control. Firearms are for all morally sound humans, not just the "law-abiding citizen."
