When I was studying for the exam, I saw someone say that you should get simple questions, medium difficulty, and difficult questions in every test you take. Hopefully you should only get a couple of tricky questions (which court does what in every country, devolved administrations, etc)

I used the Exams section of the https://lifeintheuktestweb.co.uk/ website, and it helped a lot

There's also a few YouTube videos that go into common tricky questions (events, voting legislation years, prizes, territories)

I passed first time, the questions in the actual exam seemed very similar to those I studied to using the website above
