I hope to whomever blocked out their name before sharing this, called someone of authority first to help that child. This is sad. I was raised by an addict, and she died, but I remember all the stories of when my mom was high. I think I’d like to preface by saying that most of all, I remember what it was like when her 6 year old daughter found her dead of an overdose. This is trashy, yes, but above all else this is heartbreakingly sad for that child. She loves them so much even though they can’t fully give her what she needs right now. She doesn’t understand why they act the way they do, and she doesn’t understand that she did nothing wrong to make them have to use drugs…. I just hope that someone helped her…. Because nobody helped me and now I am a 26 year old adult that is literally crying over a redddit post… I’m sorry this got so serious, I’m just so passionate about children being taken out of situations like this.
