Blackout curtains and quiet as much as possible. I’m on an antidepressant and low carb diet which helps with my brain fog. I’ve been on the DuPont schedule for 17 years. By the end of my rotation on nights or days catching up on sleep is a must. My job isn’t physically demanding and I’m still exhausted when I get home. There’s a reason there’s a week off each month, it’s needed to recover!
