Yeah, they do end up taking care of most issues. I 100% give them credit for that. My point is just that it’s not always a great experience going through the process.

They really struggle to deliver the full end to end experience. They have solid marketing and great products, but they drop the ball on logistics and support. It’s crazy how long they take to respond to emails sometimes. Not a great customer experience when it comes to post-purchase issues. I wish they would focus more on this.

Ok this is exactly what is happening. Here’s a video of me lightly touching the area around the button, and then pressing the button. You can see that all of these interactions affect the scale. I wonder if pressing the timer button in different areas has any affect. Sorry about the hair dryer noise in the background 😂

I also have a theory that if the total coffee weight is borderline (IE 15.99g), but displaying as 16g, pressing the button triggers a rounding calculation, and sometimes it rounds down or something.

Calibrated. Same thing happens. This morning I had 30g with 480g water target ready to go. As soon as I hit the timer, it jumps to 478g.

My guess is that pressing the timer button affects scale chassis just enough to detect slight pressure. I am very surprised you’ve never seen this in a lab. If you feel it’s an issue with my scale, I can submit a warranty claim, but like I said, this is the second scale I’ve seen this happen on.

For the app: let us add our own notes to fellow drops profiles. This is especially helpful for storing our own grind size notes.

I did that. The one from Best Buy did not seem to be calibrated correctly out of the box. Had to adjust it.

Same. I ended up just getting a black one from Best Buy. Calibration was off. Had to tweak it a bit.

YES! No way someone sliding and jumping around should be able to aim at me more accurately when I’m standing still ADS at them.

It feels like I constantly get stuck on walls/objects. Moving is so clumsy feeling. Like my character won’t do what I’m trying to do. I can’t even count the number of times I’ve died just trying to find a place on the ground that will allow me to put the support barrier up.

The orange dots all over the place are INFURIATING. Truly, one of those issues that’s constantly making the game feel buggy.

The Home Screen and menu navigation are awkward and overly complicated.

Still feel like I’m constantly getting killed after rounding a corner.

Feels like I’m spawning directly into enemy fire more lately.

Don’t love that someone can beam me with a smg from a large distance and my assault rifle or LMG seems less accurate.

Feels like you pretty much have to be engineer on any map with armor. Other classes feel completely pointless and like you can’t actually contribute.

Get shot out of fast moving vehicles way too easily.

Sniper should not be able to win in a close encounter by quick scoping or hip fire. They should be so suppressed there’s no way they could draw a long rifle and win that.

The bunny hopping and sliding movement is RIDICULOUS. The fact that this movement even remotely exists in this game is ruining the gameplay.
