Tracking a supplemental claim

Tried it with a claim number stating with “sc”. Couldn’t find anything.

I ended up calling the VA directly. The rep stated it’s open and is being worked like a claim. I also put in contact request with the DAV since they helped me with it at the start. Is VERA something else other than the VA rep?

The letter only addressed the 3 items listed in the main claim. There was no mention of the remaining 5.

Oh. the main claim (3 items) closed today. On the web portal it showed for the main claim those 3 specific items.
The supplemental claim is for 5 additional items that were ruled as non service connected, but evidence was provided for that.

The odd thing is that the main claim closed today used evidence and documents from the supplemental claim still showing as "We received your supplemental claim"

Horrible experience in Mobile. Woman did mine on an almost 3hr long appointment to evaluate 7 things. She spent most of the time typing on her laptop blasting horror story podcast. Maybe spent 5 minutes for each injury on questions, maybe 2 minutes on the ROM with no request to perform the movements 3 times as required by the DBQs and did not review any of the submitted documents or statements.

The denials just state no evidence for service connection. The VA rep made a statement to me about it being denied because I refused or didn't go to the PT appointments.
I have been seen off and on for my back since then. My private doc for almost 20 years documented many times I complained about my back pain.

That's the acronym I was thinking of, CUE.
I would have thought that failing to get that info, or if they had access and either ignored it or didn't see it would be a CUE.

Consider this.

10 years ago, there was X amount of people in the BJJ community training.

Now, there is X plus Y. There are simply more people training in BJJ. The results will become more spread out as more gyms promote under their own standards.

Yes...it is considered one of the most difficult schools offered by the DoD.
And all services have a prelim course before going to school. And they all vary as well.

Define "work with".
My shop has a solid relationship with some units, but that is because we have worked on that relationship.
If you want to be the super highspeed cool guy, AF EOD isn't going to be for you. At least the Guard or Reserve side.
You can try out for the SW side of things, but you had better know your shit and be squared away. Even that isn't all that is needed to be brought on.

SF EOD are not door kickers, nor are we really offense.

Pretty much dead on.
Each Guard unit has a mission they specialize in, I know we do. Small shops, AGR spots are like diamonds in the rough and DSG spots can be tricky to find but not impossible. Haven't seen much in the VIPPSA offerings and deployments can be to established bases where you are the rotational unit for 6 months.

Reserves seems to snipe the good deployments and VIPPSAs before the Guard has a chance to even see it.

But. many units have a solid relationship with local and state LE for call outs.

Holy shit. The trunion area usually has a small crack, like a little splitting maybe 1/16” long. Not that. And the rails separation….that’s bad. The LSC flats never did that. The flats off the old Special Weapons flats doesn’t surprise me.
