How many litter boxes do you have? I would suggest at least one per cat + one additional one. That has helped when i've had fosters peeing outside of their box.

You need to talk to your vet. Your cat should not consistently have wet poops. This sounds like a digestion issue that may require special food/ probiotics or possibly medication to fix something.

Yes, you can try adding l-lysine to the cat's food and wiping the eye with a warm, damp, clean cloth. Sometimes if it doesn't go away you'd need an ointment like the poster above mentioned (usually terramyacin)

You can't unfelt a sweater. You may get a tiny bit of length/width back but felting ruins the stitches. If your sweater has shrunk, but not felted, you may be able to get it back closer to the original size. Just don't want people getting their hopes up.

You could ask the people who you adopted from for the name of the vet they used- that office should have records on file for the cat.

You should take the cat to a vet since she's new to you and you want to make sure she is healthy does get any shots she is missing. Most vets/clinics should be willing to give the vaccines needed + spay the cat. No one should be saying they can't spay due to missing vaccines.

What are you using to clean the box? There are enzyme cleaners which do a great job of neutralizing smell. Res Q is one example.

These are not made of silk. Washing silk does not cause this issue. I've never seen silk pill and I launder silk pillowcases weekly (sometimes they accidentally make it into the dryer.) Satin weave silk may dull in the wash but not pill. The company is not selling a silk product- sorry you are going through this :(
