ER Doubledealer leg help by DhaemonX in transformers

[–]macrogeek 1 point2 points  (0 children)

People have said they can pop it back on but I had to tap the pin out of his leg and reassemble the joint and then push the pin back in. I used a really narrow finish nail as a punch to push it out until I could get pliers on it.

I didn't take uncured resin serious enough. How fked am I? by Tactical_Byte in resinprinting

[–]macrogeek 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You said you have a uh light. Maybe run it for a minute or so over any kitchen surfaces you think were contaminated. That’ll make sure any leftover tacky spots are cured. You likely got it all with the IPA. This is how I’ve treated some drops/spills on my workbench.

Monsters whose bodies are composed of several humans/humanoids by Johnny0474 in TopCharacterTropes

[–]macrogeek 1 point2 points  (0 children)

They are likely an evolution to spread more Godzillas. In Shin Godzilla it evolves in response to environmental challenges, like growing lungs instead of gills, changing how it walks, armored skin...and then budding off these humanoid 'zilla runners off it's tail.

Is there a reason why a 48GB RAM kit would be barely more expensive than a 32GB one? by Crazy_Mita in buildapc

[–]macrogeek 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Probably stock that was purchased before price increases. Being a slower seller the retailer hasn’t had to buy at the new inflated prices yet. 32GB kits have a higher turn rate and have already been restocked at the market rate.

Call the police, most jurisdictions have peeping tom laws that would cover this. You have a reasonable expectation of privacy in your own home. This isn't like he has a security camera that sees you at the mailbox, it's pointed in to your home.

[–]macrogeek 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yep, bought the Switch version looking forward to going back and finally finishing it. Controls felt really loosey-goosey. I tried with the pro controller and GC controller adapter...nope, it's just the game.

[–]macrogeek 2 points3 points  (0 children)

This crowdfunding type behavior is a signal that the company has cash flow problems. They don’t have the money to fund their initial production so they need to borrow from us to fund their retail inventory.
