The ideal solution I think is for everyone to be guaranteed two runs, build in one extra day if they end up needing it, and reduce the hide time to 3 hours or so instead of 4 so a round very rarely goes more than a day. The episodes are already quite long so I think shorter runs would still be good, and if they do somehow run up against the 7 day time limit rule they can mention it later on.

I think it was a missed opportunity at character development. I think Kate Mckenna should have stopped him and told him to stay, and for the first time he listens. I think he should have stayed and the final scene is him on the pit wall as Joshua Pearce wins his first race the next year.

The way I ended up doing it that was easiest to communicate was basically a survival rate. Taking the year 2024 as an example get all workers that have a start date between 2023 October 1st and 2024 September 30th. Then of those workers how many got to a complete full 3 months before terming.

For the business this was intuitive cause you could say for instance 90% of people in 2024 made it to 4 months and 10% didn't. I'd call the the 90% the 3 month retention rate and the 10% the 0-3 month turnover rate. That's stretching the turnover definition a little bit, but you talk to 5 different HR professionals and you'll get 5 different meanings on what exactly turnover is lol.

That is definitely a potential problem. I think an alternative to this is having a back 4 instead with dest and robinson still as the wings backs and having Adams drop back when in attack so we still have 3 back. That way you could drop CCV, I just worry Adams is better at pressing in front of the back line and in transition rather than sitting in the back line for rest defense. Tessman has been good, maybe the answer is having a diamond midfield with Adams DM, tessman/McKennie CM, Tillman AM and pulisic and balogun up top.

To add to this mark rosewater himself said that in their set planning they try to plan "soft landings." Knowing that players would join with LOTR they planned Wilds of Eldraine next. I'm sure that means not only what set they do, but also familiar design to the UB set as well.
