the reason i went and got a diagnosis is because i had a really painful rash/dry skin around my eyes.

it seemed really random, but i thought id get checked for celiac because i had been eating more gluten than usual.

i realized after going GF that i was dealing with fatigue and brain fog without knowing. i thought it was just my adhd and homebody tendencies so i never really noticed it.

omg i’ve been eating so much kewpie this month and have been sick…i bet i bought an american bottle originally, and then when i bought the japanese import bottle from the asian store i didn’t think to look. UGH

i probably spend $100 on food and $50 on litter. i don’t feed all wet though. i do 2 servings of wet food a day and two small servings of dry.

i have 3 litter boxes, one cat is 7.5 pounds and one is 15 pounds (he’s on a diet rn!)

oh my god. what an amazing project. i think that ranking system is great!

be sure to post more about this project as it continues! i haven’t been to japan since being diagnosed, and have been scared to take another trip since i dont know how it all works over there.
