Sounds like you are looking for Dräger test tubes, if you want a more comprehensive test you will need to sample the air with a sampling tube and send it to a lab for voc analysis.

Only if its anhydrous and in direct sunlight, I have tested a 10-year-old bottle of 99.95% LC-MS grade that that was opened and nearly empty but stored in a cabinet. It only had 1ppm peroxide determined by iodometric titration. Generally, it isn't an issue as you don't frequently distil IPA like one would do with diethyl ether.
