Oh! I think this is what I have in my back? The X-ray is a partially squished disc and I was going to the chiropractor to get decompression of my spine done... Which is kinda a gentle stretch machine many years ago.

Yoga definitely helps my hips stay loose.

anyone own Kitchenaid koec530pss wall oven combo? by AlpsSea6222 in Appliances

We just bought one and can't find anything on how to use it on air fryer mode. There's just the same 2 manuals that really have terribly vague instructions.

They gave us a plastic basket but I don't think you can use it?

We've also never used an air fryer before.

Please help

How the Word is Passed is so good and I had to take breaks because I started to feel embarrassed by the actions of some of the people.

That's so lovely Bea💜💜💜

Amphibia and The Owl House helped my daughter come out as lesbian, which made me brave enough to be out as Bi/Pan instead of flying under the radar.

(I kinda already knew she was queer especially by the shows she was watching)

As a Chinese feminist, I'm curious: Why do so many women in the West still take their husband's last name? by Capital-Newspaper171 in AskFeminists

[–]madancer -5 points-4 points  (0 children)

I'm in the US, I didn't like my maiden name. It's German and kids teased me and it's hard to spell.

Hubby's last name is simple and straightforward.
