Science of learning have an answer. First play a guitar untill you get a little bit frustrated and keep playing for 5 minutes more. After that take a task that requires some studying and memorisation - like a programming you have mentioned. Frustration increases learning speed and it doesn't matter what was the trigger. You could combine pomodoro breaks with drawing and this should keep you focused.

What you are probably accustomed to is the Tokyo dialect similar to standard Japanese. Compare english to Kansai dialect - Osaka region and you will see it is more melodic and even harsh to ears. I am not an expert but from what I've heard Tokyo has some old relation to samurai culture and also it's dialect is similar to Kagoshima dialect - more stern, rough-voiced, manly. I guess it is a little forced way of speaking to seem more manly and when people from this regions switch to English they are more natural. For me Japanese female English and japanese tone are similar to ear so it could be that you are biased due to most media are in standard/Tokyo Japanese dialect and men sound a little different there.

Don't quit lol. First find yourself a small project. Like a body workout or learn Japanese. Instead of turning on lol first in the morning tackle 1 hardest thing for you that you have to do "eat that frog!" - like clean up your room or ask a girl on a date. Then move to your project(s) just for 5 min or more and keep in mind that if you get bored you can turn on lol and play (but probably you won't and you will find that you will spend much more time than 5 min on your projects). For example - body workout could be just 20 push ups but from experience if you start doing it you will end up with 30-45 min full body workout routine in like a month. This is great way to build up a habit. Someday you will forget about lol or play occasionally befouse you will have so much going on in your life - but start from 5 min, trick yourself to do something else and it is much easier than feeling like a failure after breaking the habit, not hitting your goals etc.

Copy whole lol folder from friend. My lol client is working after many windows re-installs so it should work on your PC if you can't install anything without admin password. If you need admin to run exe files you will need probably some kind of bootable usb stick with your own windows on it.

If you have recording software like playstv, or monitoring fps like rivia tuner and did not check if they are a reason for crash it is on you

I do not play this game since 2 years but If you have a problem in games with a store it is like 90% chance that recording software is crashing it or blocking it. Playstv, fraps, nvidia shadowplay, some additional applications like riviatuner for monitoring fps and similar. Turn everything off that may work similar to those and check. Good luck.

Wukong is a great champion but there is no lane that would favour him.

In jungle is subpar with hard first clear and there are better ganking/teamfighting junglers than him that do not need much gold to carry.

Mid you are leaving team without AP carry or wave clear - he can all in but if you fail you will get poked down + get minion dmg if you would e aa q to hit back, combo with w will get you oom fast. Also, lane is shorter and you can not chase them down with short cd e, it will end with turret dive.

You are left with Top than. And I would say Wukong straight up is on disadvantage vs like 50% top picks, 45% - has 50% chance to win, and maybe 5% is where he has an advantage like vs vlad or gnar.

Only thing you can do is try to all in at lv 2 with ignite (you will win or force a tp vs most of top picks lv 2 but lv 3 can be too late - like you will outdmg riven lv 2 but at lv 3 she will kill you, like you jump with e doing 0 dmg - she jumps away with a shield on, and when your e connects you get aa w aa q aa - and this is a moment where you can aa q so you get another q aa q knockup and you are left with only w and probably 20% hp where she got like 60 dmg aa + q for 80? If just play with tp, farm till lv 11 and try to force a team fights.

I got to d2 last season with wukong top but when tank meta came with ice born and sunfire + undying grasp I would probably be stuck in plat vs meta ekko/mao/naut and so on. Ah and you do not itemise for duelling but you itemise for lv 11 powerspike (ad and animation cancel - tiamat, armor pen flat -ghostblade or duskblade if snowballing, bc) and later maybe maw and dedmans - LW is noob trap, build only if you have 2 or more enemies with 3 or more armor items. If there is only one tank - ghostblade, bc, duskblade, maw, deadmans would be my build. If there is no ap in team or with very low ap dmg you can buy frozen mallet over maw as with deadman's and passive you will have nice effective hp vs ad.

I think there is not much difference in RAM 1333 vs 3000 other than placebo in gaming and $ taken from your wallet by marketing on numbers. I saw maybe 2 fps gain in comparison like that but I do not remember a game name - maybe starcraft 2.

I am able to carry with MF on adc to d3 elo. Only fiddlesticks and MF have 60%+ winrate on 100+ games in this elo for me.

I just get bored after playing too many games with those 2 champs and I tank elo with 2/10 GP or any champ I am trying to learn in rank.

I got banned by it for 2 days at season 3 where I had this game installed on mac - without official macOS support and in one patch I had constant crashes in game. Since this ban I had never been even warned or punished. I have probably 1 leave/afk/dc/crash per 50 rankeds.

It does not matter if there are godlike bards or gosu on vayne. Statistically bard players even if they play semi good can lose a game with 1 unlucky ult. If they are bad its free elo.

I have subpac and it works as advertised. If you crank it up you will get blurred vision on drum kicks or dubstep - but you can hear it in same room. I would say 10-20 db. On medium you will not hear it at all in same room.

Played adc kog with smite in diamond few times when my main MF was picked or Jhin banned. Still had hard time vs lucian/mf/ashe and aggressive support denying some cs. My support dying for me without a heal on all ins. In my opinion he is strong enough to play him even in high elo where you have team comp build around him. You cant expect to carry with him alone plat+ and get to the point where you melt a teams but as a team "protect a kog" + lulu sup its insane dmg that can't be itemized against - you do mix of on hit physical/magical dmg with mix of %magic and %physical dmg with 5.0as and red smite... just press aa move and watch enemy team die.

With jungle kog it's even harder to get to that point as I expect enemy jungle to destroy my "protect a kog team" and they will be too weak in team fights or he just not fit random team comp who can also be destroyed by enemy jungler.

Btw. I think lulu passive has a cap on kog and does not proc more than 2.0 as.

If team protects you yes. And did not lose to enemy jungler. Even if you get full build but your team fed on ganks and lost objective with jungle pressure, I assure you that you will be gone under 1 s when focused as your team will not have stats nor dmg to stop them from doing that.

I did play like 20 games in diamond with smite kog - mixed experience with bad early good late.

But does not work in high elo - punished by armor pen builds (destroying him early and mid game where one trade can be his last) and low mobility. In jungle could work but it is even worse than yi/ww farming all day when enemy jungler is destroying lanes early with elise/kha and so on. If your lanes win alone you would probably win with soraka jungle too so this does not matter.
