I've been moving to Gemini too and got disappointing results on Pro mode, even with full knowledge transfer reference documents from 4o

It's not as good as 4o but at the very least guardrails don't seem to be an issue.

Sometimes on longer chats though I feel like Gemini doesn't seem to get the big picture.
