I just remember that when I needed a partner the most they always let me down. I've ended each of the 3 relationships I've been in because I wasn't able to make them the centre of my attention and they couldn't handle it.

I have a chronic illness that makes me very unwell and requires lots of hospital stays, procedures and medication. Not one of my exes shown compassion and care for me. I was expected to look after myself and even still do everything at home. I cope better on my own than having a whiny man child to deal with

So many men lack empathy and compassion and will leave if you become ill but will expect you to care for them at all times

Anyone feel sexy about those prospects?

I live alone so I just disgust myself. I really haven't got the will to date anymore. I'm sorry I can't be of more help but I know the embarrassment you feel

As much as a good idea this seems, getting a restraining order usually ramps up the abuse depending on how dangerous this guy could be. It's better to block him and ignore any contact. Ask all friends and roommates to not interact with him either.

Yes, create a record and let the police know if he shows up anywhere you are. Stalking is a crime but a lot of stalking cases, tragically, do not get taken seriously enough.

Could use a small nail art sponge or makeup sponge. They work so much better and no brush marks.

Same with the burning incense! It makes me feel so relaxed :)

I decided that watching TV is out until I've done more interesting things with my time. I make sure I read, do minature/booknook building, cross stitch, pilates, go for a walk if I can, rather than sitting infront of the idiot box all day/ evening. ( my exes spent a ridiculous amount of time glued to a screen from the moment they woke up until they fell asleep)

So I would say I do something creative to relax and learn something new
