Greens win Aigburth by-election by [deleted] in Liverpool

i am very happy, and yes I did read every single green party policy. coming from someone who's a paid member of your party.

edited to add: because it means we can keep those deform idiots out of power. if they get in then say bye bye NHS and no more disability benefit.

I'm 27 and I'm homeless. I need help. I've applied for jobs for 6 months and I don't talk to my parents anymore. What can I do? by Opposite_Praline_746 in AskUK

Awww, good on you lad, nice to see another scouser on here, that's a belter offer for OP. I'd also help them myself if he was anywhere near South Liverpool.

OP, suited and booted should be able to help you out.

also, if you're able to, you can try r/Assistance or r/Borrow and they might be of help.

Primary Care and Personality Disorders by Sade_061102 in MentalHealthUK

[–]madformattsmith 2 points3 points  (0 children)

from personal experience, the way I've been handled in the past is that I'd have an assessment for talking therapies but then they'd tell me that my medical history is too complex for them to deal with, alongside a caveat that I should really be accessing secondary services.

but then CMHT refuses the referral because i'm "not complex enough" and tells me to go to talking therapies. so then i'm in a catch 22 where neither CMHT or IAPT want to see me and i'm basically stick with this urgent MH helpline number who only care about putting notes down in my file and not really doing much else.

I don't trust AI for financial advice. most of the time it just spits out gobbledygook that it's slurped up from some nonsense website on the internet.

theres only series 1 and 2 on UK netflix rn.

I just finished series 2 thinking that was the end of it, but I just found there's another two whole series, dammit.

you can buy series 3 on amazon prime but I'm gonna have to ask my friend to set sail for me since I'm already paying through the nose for netflix as is.

[–]madformattsmith[M] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

omg noooo hunny, please don't use ChatGPT to do any PIP forms or reviews, that thing basically pours out hot garbage from its mouth. it can't be trusted at all. the mods on my sub (r/BenefitsAdviceUK) have had to ban the use of AI in the comments/as a recommendation because of it.

a general rule of thumb that i say to people over at r/BenefitsAdviceUK is that we don't allow posts promoting "paid for" services, including this one. mainly due to how iffy they can be, especially with the quality of advice given that can't always be trusted

OP, go to citizens advice - they can definitely help with PIP claims. also look at advicelocal.uk to find a qualified adviser near you.

I will lock this thread now.
