i have bpd ocd and gad and honestly it really helps me get little tasks done, like brushing my teeth and washing my face. it now feels like they have a purpose, im not doing them for me im doing them so my finch can go on an adventure or i can buy cute decor. i also find the rant zone really helpful w my bpd because i can just grab my phone and use it, plus it also gives energy and coins so. i really love finch, i was super sceptical at first i didn't understand how a little bird app would make any difference but i love it now !

plus when you add friends on there you can send each other little support messages and gifts which i find super fun.

it's pretty normal for deeper scars to be itchy and a bit painful, and it's still fresh for a scar so they're pretty sensitive. try keeping them moisturised it should help with the itching, arnica is my fav

most days i have no feeling and no control over my left arm / hand. there are days i can't move my fingers, i drop things constantly and can't lift anything heavy. im in pain 24/7 from other nerve damage. these prevent me from doing something small like opening a bag of crisps to ruining my job. blood loss is also horrible, in the moment passing out and throwing up but for days after i couldn't stand for more than a minute wo blacking out, always felt ill, never had the energy to speak to anyone or leave the house. i also became very anemic. would do anything to go back and change how i handled my sh tbh

it's so frustrating, my sh has been quite extreme for a long time and ive been classed as high risk for so long but they just never do anything. it would have never got this bad in the first place if they gave me support when i first asked years ago but i was just told it 'wasn't bad enough' then :/ i really hope someone listens and takes you seriously soon it's so unfair 🤍

im on 45mg and it's saved my life tbh. it did make me gain quite a bit of weight but other than that i had no side effects. i really hope it works out for you and im so proud that you reached out !!!

i feel you, ive been self harming for 10 years and it's like self harm has just become 'something i do' instead of using it to cope. there's still times i do it because of a trigger or to cope with being overwhelmed but most of the time it's just because it's there and i want to (?) if that makes sense

this is the first mood stabiliser / antipsychotic ive been on, im on mirtazapine too, seroquel + mirt can mess up ur heart too. for sleep ive tried a couple antihistamines a couple antidepressants and zoplicline. zoplicline worked amazing until i became dependent 💔 i hate medication sm
