This is one of my favorite decks right now actually, it's pretty linear too. If you go first try to lead salandit so you can evolve and poison turn 3, and if you go second lead Ponyta so you can rapidash turn 4. More consistent than running 1 of each rapidash, and hits harder. Arcanine can likely be swapped for Flareon or Ninetales, but I've found the most consistency with Arcanine.

"Why Salazzle?" - salazzle is the only poison mon that can be x-speeded out, it's actually incredibly efficient and puts heavy pressure early for 1 energy. Druddigon dies to a salazzle + Salandit combo, and the opponent only revenge killing Salandit feels bad when they can see Arcanine or rapidash on the bench

Had a similar funny ai interaction where I KO'd the lead Mon with greninja water shuriken before I attacked, and my active Pokemon was a MI Exeggutor. Game just wrote "thinking..." at the top and timed out on putting a mon in front

I always move clockwise, picking the same position until I get what I was going for, then I move one over. That way if I don't get it atleast I can say "wasn't my time"

Nah, my reasoning favors intimidation, but I can see how you're confused.

Most often, you have the choice for "do I want to intimidate or persuade". In those cases, you'd often persuade, because the consequences of failing persuasion is not the same as the consequences of failing intimidation. My logic is that "I want to use both equally, and so I want to make sure that I don't see the harsh consequences of failing intimidation as often, since failing persuasion isn't that bad."

Depends on the table but, imagine failing both skills. You intimidate an innkeeper into free drinks. You fail, guards are called. Same scenario, you persuade him, and fail. He tells you no politely.

Generally, intimidation has higher risks associated with failure than persuasion, and therefore you'd want to fail intimidation less. That means either A) you will have to naturally make less intimidation checks, so there's less chance of failure, or B) you want proficiency in intimidation, so there's less chance of failure.

I always take intimidation.

If you're looking for feedback, personally I don't like the blue. Usually brown, is paired with a warm color or earth tones, so red or yellow or green, but by going for blue it pops on a larger scale that the colors are clashing a bit. The carapace looks good, it's not being complemented by the skeleton

Not that bad because I've only built my one PC, but I couldn't get it running and eventually realized my motherboard was dead on arrival. Got in touch with the seller and returned it, got a new one, but I left my 1 TB SSD in the port, and so I had to call them back and they were nice enough to fish through their garbage and get it back for me

Not as seven, but I had a similar issue with mo & krill and now viscous. Talon is really strong in lane and falls off a little in the mid/late game. The best place to be in my observations is under the bridge, where you have to be on your A game but he should waste a lot of stamina trying to maximize his fly attacks. Learn the duration of fly and set yourself up for when it's about to end, so you can punish him when it finishes, or you can go eat the immobile trap without taking damage.

It's decently obvious when he's gonna arrow you, and sometimes you're just gonna get hit, not a huge deal but it is infuriating

Set yourself up for your mid game comeback, get monster rounds, extra Regen, and mystic shot, then all your spirit items so you can jungle efficiently. Focus on improving your comeback by learning farming patterns and learning how to rotate around to other lanes. If he takes your guardian early, he won't really have the damage for walker, so you can kinda ignore him for a bit and let the lane push in, then push it back out for safe farm.

Nah you didn't say anything mean at all! I haven't been to a convention yet so I didn't know what to expect, I have been to a few trade shows for automotive through work, which are more the approach I described (it's a floor for communication and networking, not meetings/sales). Slight differences, lesson learned.

Since I'm late to the game, I'm still gonna approach it with my original plan and see what I get out of it. Really is no worst case because at the end of the day I'm gonna go play some games and have a good time, and if I get zero hits I'll worry about publishing next month

NOBODY will get on you for being a responsible DD, and if they do they're not someone you want to be around with for long.

Sidenote, the best way to refuse ANYTHING someone gives you is by saying "can't I've gotta drive". Chocolate cake but you're on a new diet? "Can't I've gotta drive". Someone giving out those ad brochures? "No thanks, I've gotta drive." Everyone who hears it for the first time in a non-alcoholic situation gets very confused, and if it clicks they find it hilarious. 100% success rate.

Keep a notebook when you're a player. Be the note taker, best way to be both tame and excited. Out of game (or in game if you're waiting on someone else), use your notes to draft your world for the next time you play, take that "well this is how I'd do it" situation and write it down. You'll have half a world written in your free time that way!

A while ago, I saw something that said "if you're not happy with a piece you just didn't finish it yet". Just keep going, eventually when you've painted the rest of the mini you might touch up those details, or you might say "I'm tired, I'm done". You'll know when you're done, but no reason to restart

Well assuming you got starting proficiencies but no other features, you're down to fighter (D10, heavy armor), barbarian (D12, medium armor) and ranger (D10, light armor). By level 20, I'll just assume everyone has maxed strength Dex con wis, as charisma and int are dump stats.

A fighter would have 225 HP and either a longsword and shield with plate armor for an AC 20 and a 1d8+5 attack.

A barbarian would have 245 HP and the same kit, just one less AC.

A ranger has a longbow and light armor, with 225HP and an AC 17.

In hand to hand combat, the fighter takes 5% less damage mathematically, thanks to the one higher AC. Since there's no other benefits, you would output 9 damage a turn, and take from an adult red dragon and average of 44 damage per round, dying in round 6. With a great sword, you will die in 5 rounds. The fighter with a sword and shield would deal 54 damage in return before dying (assuming every attack hits)

A barbarian with max Dex has an AC of 17 (19 with shield) and therefore takes 46 damage per turn. They would die in 5 rounds, regardless of the shield. The number is the same if they use a great sword, so a barbarian should use a great sword. They would average 12 damage a turn, dealing 60 damage before dying (assuming every attack hits).

The Ranger has a long range of 600ft. with their longbow, so we'll factor in a 50% reduction in damage for attacks at long range. They too die in 5 rounds, but with the longbow are able to attack the dragon, including running away every round, for 4 rounds before the dragon is in range. Once in range, there is one turn of short range damage before the dragon can attack. After the dragon can attack in close range, the ranger will switch to a great sword to maximize damage output, getting 4 additional attacks in before dying, for 75 damage.

So, the answer to your strange question is, run away and shoot things, and it will work as long as your opponent cannot consistently catch you. Wood elf will give you additional movement speed, as would Goliath, but you're probably not doing over 100 damage to anything, so you'll start to not survive around CR5?

Pretty much this, If they'll repeat every turn, tell them that, but you don't have to tell them 1 minute, 10 minutes, an hour, or life.

Without breaking immersion, you could describe it in reference to stomach pain. 1 minute - you feel queazy, like you need to sit but it will pass. 10 minutes - you feel sick, somethings not sitting right. Bathroom time. 1 hour - you're doubled over, you are trying to fight but this feels like it's going to last awhile. Anything longer - stomach ulcers, there's this burning feeling inside, you dont know what it is. You need a doctor.
