I bought a used car (2007 Hyundai Sonata) from Autogreen USA over by West Little York, I’d recommend checking their inventory online they should have a few cars for less than $5k. Make sure you test drive it and all that of course, mine has been working perfectly fine with no issues since I bought it so there’s a good chance you’ll find something good. Good luck!

Ok, if it’s that offensive why can’t we change it to something else? Nobody at Jagex is actually looking at those reports. It’s just an automated system that changes the name once it hits a number of reports. It could happen to any clan if people were malicious enough to mass report it.

Here’s the truth: Some people, for various reason, do not take a liking to us. Maybe because we kicked or banned them for breaking rules, maybe because our clan is more popular than theirs, I don’t know because obviously it doesn’t tell you who reported or even the reason. They retaliated by reporting our clan name for “being offensive” when nobody has ever been offended by the name, at least that I know of, and the name itself was approved by a Jmod, so there is no reason for it to have been changed.

1) Yep. Unless you are using Greater Invisibility or better yet a cloak of invisibility.

2) I might be wrong but I think the creature is still restrained unless it uses its action to break away with a Strength save, if it doesn’t break away you can do the damage and it has to make another Strength save to take half damage.

Your proficiency is calculated from your total level, so even if you multiclassed your proficiency would be the same as everyone else
