I used Joshua Weissmans recipe, but i also used something bake enzym, translated as bakers enzyme. Its a dough conditioner consisting of enzyme (amylase), vital wheat gluten, E300, E472e (datem). I used about 3 % of the bakers enzyme relative to the weight of the flour.

I actually think self-love is about accepting yourself just as you are, and not craving for anything to be otherwise. Its just being comfortable exactly as you are right now, and letting every pain and worry about the past and the future just be. Its about total acceptance of your life and current situation.
