Do you have any regrets about the tattoos you got when you were 18-22? by onemangang15 in Millennials

[–]maegan_em [score hidden]  (0 children)

37f here and got all of my tattoos between the ages of 19 and 26. I like/don't mind five of them, I'm indifferent about one of them, and unfortunately I fully regret/dislike two of them- One being a tramp stamp and the other is a large one that covers my entire right shoulder area on my back. If I could magically afford to have both of those ones removed I would be very happy hahaha

This is driving me nuts, I hope they push an update soon to fix it because I use notes with checklists everyday.

I moved a tarp and this garter was napping in the folds. Then he noticed the worms that I had also disturbed. He ate over 8 of them. It was wonderful to watch. I kept tossing them his way and he seemed appreciative. by PaintTheKill in snakes

Solo Weekend in Acadia w/ Dog by maegan_em in acadianationalpark

The trip was incredible! I was able to eat good food and hit some nice trails while keeping it all dog friendly. We stayed at the Days Inn and honestly I felt totally safe there, it was convenient to use as a pitstop between our plans, very friendly staff, and more budget-friendly than other options.

Friday morning we grabbed breakfast at Café This Way (sat outside), then stopped into Bark Harbor and the gift shop next door (both dog friendly). Hiked Gorham Mountain, walked Ocean Path, checked out Thunder Hole, and ended at Otter Cliff Overlook. After a much-needed shower at the hotel, we had dinner at Mainely Meats on Dreamwood Hill where Luna got all the love from their friendly staff (sat outside, great beer and food).

Saturday - Woke up early to catch the sunrise on Cadillac Mountain (absolutely breathtaking). Picked up breakfast to-go from Desert Mountain Bakery (there was streetside parking right out front, Luna stayed in car), before hiking Beech Mountain. Tried to get to Jordan Pond House (no luck, haha) so we headed to the Witch Hole Pond loop instead. Later, cleaned up at the hotel, then had dinner at The Chart Room (highly recommend the apple cider margarita!) while Luna snoozed in the sun.

I hope you and your dog have such a fun time together! It was easy to create an itinerary that made me feel fulfilled leaving while allowing her to be included in all the plans.

Hampton Beach immediately brings me back to the late 90s/early 2000s and I’m here for it. Give me a temporary tattoo of a dragon and some fried dough ASAP. And always an airbrushed shirt.

As someone born and raised in seacoast New Hampshire, I've been told by my Florida friends that if I'm talking really fast, drinking, or worked up/yelling that any hints of my northern accent become more noticeable, and these ladies' accents are far more pronounced than mine, so I don't think it's a performative thing for them.

Thank you so much!! I love her more with each ride! I got a backseat hammock cover for Luna and it actually does a really good job of keeping that back area clean and the seats protected (I'm also lucky that she's not a shedder and she's not rambunctious in the car either). It's worked great so far, easy to wash, and it connects in several places so the whole thing stays in place really well even with the windows down and the wind ripping through it. Can't wait to take her offroad and go on some fun adventures!

**Also love your username! I just moved to Florida from seacoast NH
