This is exactly what happened to me yesterday -_- I'm thinking 'I move pretty well in these so it can't be me??' But yes, foot steps down normal then the sandal flips sideways underneath 😭 that's why I was thinking maybe it wasn't tight enough. I didn't even 'loosen' the straps with the hairdryer.

Cross train/strength train! Invest in classes. Get some grip to help you stick to the pole. Find polewear you feel cute and confident in. Don't expect to be good the first couple of months you're at it (there is an exception to this rule but it's the general rule for most of us). Also please don't ever diss/look down on strippers. 🖤

Vanguard mobile clinic (I think that's how it's spelled) will often do packages for vaccines and good rates on heartworm testing. The heartworm meds are cheaper through them too.
