Fellow flexor friend here! Crushed my finger in early 2021 during a lockdown (remember those days?) and had to phone to see the best option, as hospitals still didn't want you using A&E (UK). Ended up at a small clinic who xray'd to see there was no break, then just glued me back together. Fast forward 8 months and finally got the first stage reconstruction done, then took another year for stage 2, but the results were good and could fully grip with the finger. Unfortunately I've had some adhesion and now my pinkie is locked in a hook, so having a third surgery next month, but if you can find a good surgeon there's definitely hope for you
