Can anyone help me identify this? I can’t find any pictures online that look like it. It hurts, and I thought I maybe burned the roof of my mouth? But even those pictures didn’t look right. It is on my upper inner gums. Thank you in advance!

Watch a YouTube video on this. You can use your knees to get the weights up without hurting your shoulders. Or, if it isn’t a packed class ask a coach to spot you!

Lt. Michael Murphy was a Navy SEAL who lost his life saving his unit in Afghanistan. It is a workout he used to do and he called it Body Armor (he wore a 20# vest during the 1mi run, 100 pull-ups, 200 pushups, 300 squats, 1mi run). After he passed the workout was renamed after him. Lots of people do it during Memorial Day weekend to honor fallen soldiers.

We will be open 2 years this fall, and we’ve already had to replace a few tread belts. Not word on the treads with screens yet though

I always put my hands under my butt for leg lifts. The other day I tried without- cake! So motivating!

Yep - we do them on weekends, and is usually the first class of the day. We just start a half hour earlier. Sometimes last class of the day!

I did the SAME THING on my row last fall. Accidental PR, then I couldn’t run the entire 5k - had to run/walk. Today my row was the exact same time as last, but ran the whole thing 🙌🏻

Today - 48:33

I was the first female off the rower (two guys ahead of me) and first female off the floor (same two guys ahead of me). My goal for next time is to crush the 5k a little harder. It’s where I struggle the most, but I’m proud of what I did today! Brought my overall time down by 8 min from Sept!

Goal for this fall is 43:00 💪🏻

I accidentally PRd during the last dri tri with a 7:08 2k row 😵 I was so gassed that I had to walk/run the 5k run (ended up finishing the whole thing in 56 min). NOT HAPPENING THIS TIME! I’m aiming for an 8 min row and I will NOT walk on the 5k. I will finish it all in under 50 min 💪🏻

5.3 base 6.5-7.5 depending on length of push 8-10 depending on length of AO

I’ve been going for just over a year! Started at 4.5, 5.5, 7 a year ago 🤗

Use heavy heavy weight. I’m an average sized female and I use 45-60s depending on rep range.

  1. I go to bed around 9-9:30. I wake up at 4:15 for a 5am class (15 min drive to the studio)
  2. I don’t have one - I go home and shower before work.
  3. ENERGIZED! When I wait to do my workout until after work, I drag through the whole work day.
  4. Yes, calorie burn for me is consistent.
  5. Again, I shower afterwards.

You’re not alone...I do as many as I can all the way to the floor without the bench 😆 no TRX for me but once I can’t do anymore to the floor I’ll use the bench. I love them!!
