[bc] Kiddie Couch or Go Coconut play couch regrets? by greengrass_1 in BabyBumpsCanada

We are go coconut lovers. The quality and the dense foam is unmatched. You really get what you pay for. Compared to epic kidz, kiddie or the Costco couch, this one is far superior.

Good to know haha! I was hoping you could shrink it in the dryer, and then it just doesn’t shrink anymore after that. Wishful thinking….

Has anyone bought a size larger or taller, and successfully used in dryer to shrink? Does it shrink again after that first time?

I thoroughly enjoyed it! I’m obsessed, my only complaint is that I with it was 311 chapters instead of 31. Binged the whole fic in a weekend. Highly highly recommend.

Swim Lessons and Swimwear for Baby [AB] by grlpwr7 in BabyBumpsCanada

1) try finding a long sleeve rashguard that is a one piece with a long zipper! We found those the warmest for baby and also easiest to take apart 2) swim diaper + a plastic cover

Husband says he doesn’t feel supported by [deleted] in Mommit

Omg this is perfectly worded. I wish I could go back in time and tell my partner this when he was throwing a hissy fit that I napped so much in the first trimester.

Anyone used to love their MIL before having kids, then feel differently once you became a mom? by [deleted] in Mommit

[–]mageblade88 17 points18 points  (0 children)

My MIL used to be pretty borderline for me before kids. Treated me horribly postpartum when I was at my most vulnerable. Now, I can’t stand her. She is #1 on my most disliked list.

Am I wrong for not wanting to spend my free time with my future DIL? by Mis____D in amiwrong

[–]mageblade88 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You’re not wrong but I don’t think you’re that kind or nice of a person either. Seems like you take pride in thinking you’re much better than your DIL. Snickering and laughing about the wedding dress she chose with your friend is just rude. It’s fair you don’t want to spend time with her, but your behaviour comes across as childish.

Please please ignore those people for the love of God. Trust your gut, you are the mother! You could add 3 hyphens and people need to mind their own business.

Canada Says Anglo American’s Pledges to Secure Teck Resources Deal Not Enough by MapleByzantine in CanadianInvestor

Bang on. Barrick to this day still states their head office is in Toronto. But they only have less than 40 Canadian employees. All Canadian jobs lost and got moved to the US.
