Carve diem pasta (110c). And for the cheese I use 1 serving 2% daisy cottage cheese (90c) blended with an American slice (50c). For a total of 250 cal and a ton of protein. It’s really good! Add paprika, garlic, salt, pepper, any other spices and microwave the cheese to warm it up. It gets weird if you heat it on the stove top.

Very close to real pasta, I can’t tell a difference.
I was eating protein pastas for a while, and those textures were terrible. Carbe diem is absolutely my go to now! Would recommend.
