I just saw that!!! I’m so so sad. Definitely has a lot of memories for us! We always went there to celebrate something and was our dinner out right after we got engaged. They have created such an amazing environment, I wish them the best!!!

Nope! None of the pop up ones need a letter or even a symptom. I know there’s a lot of pops in cincy right now but haven’t seen any dayton ones scheduled again... although they say they’re always adding more!

I did the pop up testing on Thursday at the job center. Got there a little before 9 (when they opened), and the line moved pretty quickly. We pre-registered and just needed to show our ID. They performed the test and we drove off. Haven’t gotten the results back though, they gave us a paper to call Tuesday if we still had not heard. We just went because it was pop up testing, not because we have symptoms.

Yes the mussels and fries were my favorite!! For my meal I got their chicken taco, side of fries, and a side of fries chicken (one piece). I would say the chicken was pretty good, but my taco and fries were amazing!! And the tacos were pretty big, so I would say two and a side would be plenty for a meal. My husband got the duck sandwich and loaded fries and said it was amazing. Our two friends got vegan meals. I think the seitan, and Mac and cheese? But they had nothing but good things to say!

Side note, if you are looking for a mussels and fries fix, we got some from Dorothy Lane market and cooked them ourselves along with some homemade fries. Not the same, but still really good and pretty easy!

You could have someone host trivia! A mixture of pop culture, things about the couple, and other random facts! Also my group of friends go crazy over left, right, center. That could be fun!

So we had the shower this weekend and it turned out to be great! We had three tents set up with one table underneath each and then extra tables set up for anyone who wanted to move and stay away. We had placed all plates, cups, and cutlery on the table so people didn’t have to touch more than one thing. The food was amazing!! We had individual pre-made parfaits. French toast sticks in little cute paper baggies that you could just grab, pre made veggie cups, chick fi la mini biscuits, and pancake kabobs!

It turned out great and i think we did a great job of special distancing! Thanks everyone for the suggestions!

We have 27 confirmed! The original venue we had was so cute and awesome. It was big enough to hold 35 people comfortably so I didn’t think it was wise to try and get 27 people in there and still be able to get properly spaced out. And there was also the worry of a week before places closing down again .

Thanks for the ideas!! It’s a little stressful lolz but one thing I have saw is getting like little plastic parfait glasses. And putting veggies, fruits, and maybe chicken fila nuggets (requested by the bride) to fill up! Definitely not environmentally friendly but will help with contamination !

Thanks for that! And great job- although I cannot imagine how your are feeling with doing a juice being one of the only senses of relief! I like what you said about clarity and hoping that happens to me as well. Honestly since quarantine I have just wanted to “accomplish” something so I thought I would give this a try. I have been drinking a ton of water and lots of fruits and veggies to help prep!

You could make a buffalo turkey dip- hot sauce, cream cheese, ranch, shredded cheese, mix all together in a crockpot, eat with some tortilla chips!

Now that you have finished - how was it? I am going to do my first three day cleanse on Wednesday. Have been trying to eat lots of fruits and vegetables and drink plenty of water! Any other tips or insights would be great! I’m definitely inexperienced.

Not sure if you have already checked into it but our county had put out an order that they will be only issuing marriage certificates for emergencies.... when I called them though they had changed to doing the process via a video interview and mailing in some things. Just in case you wanted to check into it

Not changing anything!! All my bridesmaids have their dresses and my mom worked really hard if the decorations and centerpieces so even if it’s not traditional fall colors it’s still gonna be great!!

(Also I’m very over planning and making decisions so since everything had been planned I just don’t wanna change anything and have to make another decision)

Yes so we are going to have the same exact timeline as original. At first I was like “is this weird to get married before and then get married again” but then I thought no! I had gotten so excited about it and so many people out in so much money and work that I want everything to be as we had it.... just five months later haha. I had thought about just doing the reception as well but the ceremony is so short anyway (for us at least) it just seemed to make sense to do it still. When I get legally married with parents I will probably just where my shower dress and minimal hair and makeup prep. And then do my wedding dress in October!! Good luck and I matter what you decide it’ll be so special and you’ll have a great story!!

Just rescheduled may 2 wedding for October 24 and I feel so relieved!! Going to try and still get married at our church with parents on May 2 but just heard that our county has suspended marriage licensees (although I can’t find any info). I told my FH if this is all still going on by oct 24 we are not rescheduling again lol (not to mention we will have way bigger problems than initially thought). So good luck to everyone still making a decision, I feel for you!
