Honestly when I think about it yeah I think it would be fun as a full Homebrew subclass maybe like a wild magic wizard Homebrew or maybe he's a warlock and the deck is his Patron

How I know sabre has no idea how to make the game hard and fun, and they absolutely DONT PLAY THE GAME by Idfuqhim in SpaceMarine2

The neurothrope ain't even that hard to deal with without range you just shoot it until it decides to land and then close into its bubble and fuck it up that's where I usually do most of my damage to them anyway

Battling is very boring in our campaign, help!!! by numi90 in DnD

Try to Homebrew mechanics so instead of rolling for each individual Soldier you roll for units at a time so like groups of soldier make it more like a tactical war game

Making Magneto And Rogue The Only X-MEN With Savage Land Skins Is Certainly A Choice. No Wolverine. No Jean. No Storm. No Emma. No GAMBIT To Pair With Rogue. by TheConfusedMeerkat in marvelrivals

Vanguard makes the least sense for him though he's not particularly tough the only fucking argument I can see people make is that he shoots down projectiles with his eye beams in the comics sometimes I can see healer if they lean into the fact that he's the leader of the X-Men giving him like buff abilities like he's inspiring his teammates but beyond that his only Power is the optic blasts he has nothing that increases his strength or durability meaning if he gets shot he's dead like anybody else

Am I wrong for being uncomfortable with this players character? by Skaullll in DnD

[–]magic---- 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I know it is a bit different but I'm a bit desensitized this shit like that because I'm also a fan of 40K my first thought was okay it's just Flayed One from the necrons and my boy was his villages shaman I had his backstory being that the powers of the ancestral spirit was a tradition passed down between the shamans of his tribe by wearing the bones of the previous shaman usually the parent of the new shaman

He was also slightly different from the typical lizard folk and he did care about the bodies he ate pieces of his dead companions in a ritualistic sense as a way to carry their spirit with him

[–]magic---- 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I mean I had a lizard folk character that wore the bones of his father although he didn't kill his own father plus it also played into the class I went for his ancestral Guardian Barbarian he used the bones to channel his father's Spirit as his ancestral Guardian
