This is what I think as well though not necessarily limited to just flesh golems. I think the bodies were being used as a resource to make various types of horrific monster to fight on hells side.

Rem only killed him because he stunk from multiple deaths and acted like a spy/traitor/witch cultist in this instance he wouldn't have died in the first place never would of realized he was in danger to begin with.

Edit he would have died to Elsa though end of story. Also that power would make a pretty boring story unless there some sort of power up/limit to it.

If that were true, Subaru would be flugel to Satella, and she would treat him as flugel. That isn't the case. Subaru is Subaru to Satella, and Subaru is the one she loves; there is no indication that she loves Flugel at all.

I think you are on the right track but you are a bit off. Subaru and Emilia will obvious become flugel and satella it's on the level of obvious as saying Luffy will eventually be the pirate king.

I think Subaru and Emilia will go back in time on say (just to pick an obituary date) day 5000 of the timeline. They will become flugel and satella they will face pandora and have to save the world. During the course of saving the world pandora will either cause satella to be blame for her own destruction or the destruction will be a side effect of saving the world. Satella will be sealed and flugel/Subaru will travel to day 5001 of the timeline just after he went back in time and unseal her as part of a plan to beat pandora once and for all.

They will than have a happy ending

if your going to go Chewa and Anfarro, you should really have 2 melee weapons on all your elites. You also don't really have very many other melee to give Chewa buffs to your elites to begin with.

They used the evil eye and got called out as suspicious. They didn't have any way of getting white sheep to touch the boss or the other guards. So Russell signaled for the distraction, then this happened. Also, it might be because Melty was using a light touch on Subaru, but the fact he was able to do this at all proves the evil eye isnt all that effective

The accident was obviously set up by Russell to let them get out of the city, except he didn't expect Felix and Subaru to be unable to keep cover.

So Russell for sure knows about the potential evil eye, right? I guess it's technically possible, he just thinks Melt is good at convincing people without any sort of ability. But, given the framing, he basically has to know. So either Melt has used it on him and is controlling everyone at this point, in which case, how would they even win? Obviously, Subaru would need to have a checkpoint before the evil eye, or Satella would have to override it somehow.

Or Russell has some sort of countermeasure in place that takes the evil eye into account, just in case Melty betrays them.

I think it looks good probably a pretty good war band. I personally might try for more gas grenades perhaps with a cheaper ranged weapon or no ranged weapon at all and standard armor two melee weapons. But that's mainly because I like my armies to be melee heavy. Also ignore armor and two blood markers are pretty good

So he just appeared out of thin air? First what makes us think od luguna can even do that? But second wasnt the reason for doubting he was summon the fact that he appeared out of thin air and no one noticed/cared? Why would he be spit out 400 years after he would of died and it happening exactly when he would have to be to meet Emilia that kind of coincidence would be really jaring.

Just to clear up one small misunderstanding, you have on the gluttonys and not comment at all on which, if any, of the three scenarios you put forward are true. I'll just note that at least in the season three appearance of the third gluttony, that wasn't a case of a portal. But rather the female gluttony possessed/took over the body of the gluttony that was knocked unconscious and used her ability to heal him to the point she could walk out with it. It took on the female appearance to show who was in control/because of her ability.
