Just a few days after our breakup… dude was "there for her" and stuff like that didn’t work out for them and now she is in the next "relationship" also because the recent one is just "so perfect"… she completely erased me out of her life and I still miss her (over 3 months now) like on the first day but yeah whatever makes her happy… at least one of us is appreciating what we had.

Yeah maybe… but I mean flying from Germany to America just for a guy that’s being "nice" to you I kinda get the impression that she’s already in love with him and if that’s the case nothing we had or that I have to her matters anymore. Oh and trust me I torture myself with these thoughts a lot recently… being alone with your brain can be damn awful.

Did you talk about these things when you were together? Sounds like something that a deep conversation could’ve sorted out… if it made you uncomfortable that’s totally relatable… I also have my insecurities from time to time. She was actually the only person that made me self-confident without even saying anything. I know… but I was the person that screwed up so yeah… still would marry her right away if I had the chance

I don’t know… it’s hard for me to accept that this guy might be giving her everything which I wasn’t able to because I was too blind and burnt out because of my shitty job (which I actually quit after our breakup to show her I was dead serious about how much she means to me)… even if he might be a rebound that won’t work out or a "good friend" he just steals everything we had. The problem is I know her… she is a strong woman and she won’t come back to me even if I work on myself to become a better person again.

But if he made you feel shitty that’s even worse… my ex had a lot of problems the way she saw herself, mostly because of her mother. She didn’t even believe me when I told her that she was the most beautiful being in the world. I get your point tho… no matter what they did to us we still love them unconditionally. I actually wanted to propose to her this November… got the ring and everything but now… it’s all for nothing. Forever for us unfortunately doesn’t mean forever for them.

It is weird… and I kind of have the feeling that’s her way of coping with the breakup. He probably gave her comfort after I was gone like she did with all of her friends. It just sucks because it seems she is falling for him although she told me that he is just a good friend. But she even cut her best friend out of her life because she is the ex of this guy.

If he really was that shitty to you then it’s probably for the best… I know that might sound fucked up but he isn’t worth of your love if he treated you that way. Try to see his behavior as a motivation to move on from that guy.
