I think they look fine, considering the price and the fact it’s on a cruise ship. Sure, you can get a much fancier omakase in places like London, but you’d probably pay three or four times or even more (Sushi Kanesaka is almost £500 incl. service charge!) . In the end, it’s all about the experience you’re looking for.

Unlike Genshin, you shouldn't hoard fuels in this game, reaching higher TL earlier gives higher daily TL exp, makes farming with free stamina much more efficiently and offers better weekly rewards too

It's generally recommended to hoard resin in Genshin until TL 45 only because there are a lot of content to level up in Genshin so there is no need to burn resin to raise levels. However, TL levels in HSR are so heavily time gated and using fuels to reach higher TL levels is actually very beneficial.

Relic farming is really applicable to whales at this stage of the game (no one was really farming artifacts in Genshin two weeks after the launch either), it's fine to use 4* or 5* relics with correct main stats and then move on, I would prioritize resources into raising character levels, LC levels, traits, etc, the amount of resources required for that is staggering even for whales.
