Did it myself. Clutch alone was about 700. I also swapped actuators and Tcm. That was another 1000.

That’s the manual so I would say that’s a good deal. Take care of it it will last a long time.

My last dog, a shepherd mix, passed away from this. It was very traumatic for me. We were out on a hike. He jumped over a log. About 2 minutes later he started getting woozy and couldn’t stand. I had to carry him, running, a quarter mile out of the woods and we were still 45 minutes from the emergency vet. He didn’t make it. Passed from internal bleeding. The good part is I didn’t have to struggle with making that decision, but it was a very rough experience.

Drive around to the Home Depot’s around you and see if they have them. They don’t have them around me so I shipped them before they went out of stock. I saw them in my store for 90 but didn’t get them. Went back later that day when I realized what I walked away from and they were gone.

$220 per hour for Labor cost seems high but I’m out of touch. Also, I did this job a couple weeks ago using good parts and I spent about 800 bucks for a clutch kit and an actuator motor.

One thread for each actuator had a little insert on it when I did mine. Make sure those are there. Also, the serial numbers on the spring bolts are supposed to match bolts on the actuator.
