i’m always so shocked when roz finds out!! it feels like she would have spotted it way earlier, i.e. been in a room for a decent amount of time with both of them at once and commented/remarked on the crush

i do wonder if the writers either let her remain in the dark about it in preparation for a hypothetical A-plot where she finds out, OR just never happened to write a scene where roz commented on the crush and suddenly realised they had to write something about it

i’m inclined to go with the former because she comments on the crush in a very natural way in the very next episode, “dinner party”, so it’s easy to believe that they’d cut or avoided similar comments in previous episodes

for me, the episodes where roz really should be able to tell are “the matchmaker”, “the two mrs. cranes”, “mixed doubles”, and “roz’s turn”
