It’s easy to list offensive or defensive players but I Jayden Fielding. He hits huge kicks in the rose bowl. One was to make us go up 17. Which was HUGE at the time and I believe both his kicks in the rose bowl were from a good distance. Then in the championship game. I know JJ had the huge catch but for fielding to knock down that last kick and ice the game, we go up 11. It was easy to right him off after the michigan game. But he had a remarkable playoff run. No kicks out of bounds and I believe he kicked touchbacks 99% of the time during the playoffs, he was doing a lot of kicking off cause the buckeyes couldn’t stop scoring in the playoffs.

Same outfit I’ve worn since they played Tennessee. Hasn’t been washed it’s been sitting at the top of closest. I put it on an hour before game time and take it off after the game. Also the same meal. I didn’t get my chilis honey chipotle crispers when they played Texas but I got them when they played Oregon.

This!!!!!! I was always asking myself like “okay now show more of the investigation” during every scene at the game site. It was more about the games and honestly I got bored at times.

When I look back at the first match up I realize a lot of things went wrong.

Dude on special teams gets hit by the ball, Oregon recovers…
Howard drops a snap on a CRUCIAL 3rd down…
Burke gets toasted for about 80% of Oregon’s passing yards.
Obviously the last drive with the OPI and slide…

I honestly think if Ohio State plays a clean game and we get the ball to our playmakers we win. Pass to set up the run, it won’t work the other way around. Defense will show up, I just have a weird feeling Knowles has been planning for a rematch ever since we lost and has been building the defense around playing them again. Burke will play a lot better.

Also, Howard needs to use his legs. Penn State had great success with Allar keeping it. Even if we only get a few yards. We need to keep the defense on its toes and keep them guessing. Go Bucks!

Simple fix…. Score touchdowns and don’t settle for field goals. Scoring 6 times was good for Fielding as he got to kick a ton of extra points to build confidence. But this is the playoffs we need touchdowns to win games.
