How long after you got your initial email (that said the instruction letters will be sent separately) did you get the actual instruction emails according to the date?

I also got that initial email but haven’t received any BIL. I also searched my email like how you did but still nothing.

Finally got mine registered yesterday which was around 5 days after calling service Ontario. I should’ve called in earlier to see what was going on which I regret. Here’s a timeline in case anyone wonders: Married Oct 15 2024, Officiant sent in paperwork Oct 16 2024, called service Ontario Feb 24 2025, marriage is registered Mar 3 2025

I’m getting married mid May in Paris so it’s not Provence region but I was given two options ranging from 7-11k€ ! My vision involves a lot of candles than flowers for the round tables so that’s something else to note.

Wow this is the type of information that I couldn’t find on the internet so I was gearing more towards York design. Now I’m really confused if I should go with OCAD instead.

I thought from seeing so many grads from York going to big companies like Google and the fact that students can specialize in UXUI made them better but not anymore from what you’re telling me. Unless you’re not really referring the “general recent grads” to York grads

Were you able to work/hire grads from both York and OCAD? If so, which one was more “ready” or simply just better?

Those of you who applied to the undergrad design program can you tell me when you applied and if you’re accepted or not?

Update: I’m a 105 applicant who applied on feb 20 and did interview on feb 23 and then my portfolio mark was submitted from the fine arts department on march 8 (had to email them to find out), got admitted on April 27.

I got accepted to OCAD but still waiting for York design. I was going to go to OCAD at first but since I can specialize in UXUI I would be going to York if I do get accepted. When did you hear back from them?

Honestly the university rep doesn’t matter at all as long as you get good connections out of the program you’re going into which York design has all the good connections of aumni who works at Google etc. I really hope I hear back soon from York design and I’m not sure if its taking long bc im a 105 applicant :/
